CHANGE in PLAN Career Services

  • CHANGE in PLAN Career Services was started by Doug Brogdon, a staffing industry professional, with over 18 years of experience.  He has been based in Raleigh, North Carolina his entire professional life and has gained experience in all areas of the staffing business.  He has managed local, regional and national territories.
  • Doug's career path began in heathcare recruiting.  He then helped start a contract services division for a local network integration firm.  After that, he opened brand new offices in the engineering and IT staffing arenas.
  • He has succeeded in managing staffing teams, but has also operated as a “one man shop.”  Throughout each career move, Doug served his customers well by building solid relationships and providing excellent candidates for their staffing needs.  Doug has also volunteered for churches and organizations by helping displaced workers finding new employment.
  • His background and volunteer efforts left him continually asking the question “how can I make a living, helping people find work?”  The answer- CHANGE in PLAN Career Services!

"Last year when I was laid off from one of the areas largest pharma companies, Doug walked me through putting a game plan together for my new job search. His background and ideas were extremely insightful, as the tools and techniques had changed dramatically since my last search several years earlier. Doug did not let up until helping me find a job that met my needs, and then following up to make sure I was happy."

Upside Down Leadership

"I am so glad to consider Doug a personal friend and member of our church. Doug has been able to help some of our members that have had trouble finding employment. He has always been willing to help and his background in the staffing industry has proved very valuable. Even more importantly, Doug has a heart for people who are going through transitions and therefore provides not just expertise, but a sympathetic ear."
